Tijdelijk Thuis bij Kaat<\/h2>\n

Tijdelijk Thuis bij Kaat is gelegen\nmidden in het centrum van Lieshout. \nBij ons kunt u tijdelijk verblijven\nwanneer u even niet zelfstandig thuis kunt wonen. Wij bieden opvang, verzorging\nen verpleging voor een korte periode die thuis of in de omgeving niet gegeven\nkan worden.

Het pension is geheel verzorgd, volledig aangepast en erop\ningericht dat onze gasten zich zorgeloos kunnen concentreren op hun herstel na\neen operatie of ziekte (ELV). Daarnaast kunt u in ons zorgpension terecht om\nmantelzorger(s) te ontzorgen (WMO) of ter overbrugging naar een permanent\nverblijf (PGB).

Het pension beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met aparte slaapkamer\n(100m2). Eigen was en toilet voorzieningen met optie tot zorg vanuit het\npension en deelname aan activiteiten voor ouderen in de regio.\nDe zorgverlening zal plaatsvinden in samenwerking met Zorg co\u00f6peratie \u201cTot\nuw  Dienst\u201d. Het voordeel hiervan is dat\nu veelal hetzelfde gezicht aan uw bed zult zien.\nWe streven ernaar om uw verblijf hier zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zodat\nu een fijne plek heeft om te werken aan een zo goed als mogelijk herstel en dat\nhet weer mogelijk is terug te keren naar uw eigen of volgende woonsituatie. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Zorgaanbod<\/h2>\n

\n Wilt u weten of u in aanmerking komt voor het Zorgpension?<\/b>\n <\/a><\/b> 
Ons streven is om hulp te bieden aan iedereen, maar dat is helaas niet\naltijd mogelijk. \nVoor de co\u00f6rdinatie en continu\u00efteit van zorg is het wenselijk dat u een\nhuisarts binnen Laarbeek heeft.\nWij hebben een open deuren beleid, onze gasten kunnen geen diagnose\ndementie hebben of risico op dwaalgedrag. \nWanneer u op de eerste dag bij ons binnenkomt wordt u op de hoogte gebracht\nvan alle zaken die belangrijk zijn rondom uw herstel en verblijf. U kunt voor\nverschillende doeleinden gebruik maken van ons zorgpension: \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Eerstelijnsverblijf zorg (ELV):<\/b>\n <\/h3>\n

Kort eerstelijnsverblijf waarbij er geen noodzaak (meer) is tot\nmedisch-specialistische zorg, maar u kunt ook nog niet terug naar huis.
Eerstelijnsverblijf valt onder de Zorgverzekeringswet (ZVW).
Dit verblijf kan in de eerste lijn plaatsvinden omdat de inschatting is dat er\nop (korte) termijn herstel te verwachten is en de pati\u00ebnt naar huis kan.\nHet kan ook zijn dat u op advies van uw huisarts per direct tijdelijke\nopvang e.o. verzorging nodig heeft bij een voorbijgaande ziekte of aandoening. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Overbruggingszorg: <\/b>\n <\/h3>\n

Heeft u een indicatie van het Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg (CIZ) voor een\nopname in een zorginstelling? Maar is er geen plaats en staat u op de\nwachtlijst? Dan kunt u de zorg vanuit de Wet Langdurige Zorg (WLZ) in het\nzorgpension krijgen, op basis van PGB.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Mantelzorgondersteuning: <\/b>\n <\/h3>\n

Door middel van een verblijf in ons zorgpension kunt u mantelzorgers\nontlasten. Bijvoorbeeld als vakantieopvang of het kortdurend uitvallen van een\npartner. Vraag ernaar bij het WMO Zorgloket van uw gemeente. Dit wordt ook wel\nrespijtzorg genoemd. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Our mom couldn't stay in the hospital and going back to her own home alone just... <\/span> didn't feel safe. At 'Temporary home with Kaat' the 2nd care place was not actually ready yet, but they did everything they could to accommodate our mother. It felt very welcoming and personal. Karin and her small care team listened carefully to what our mother liked and thanks to them she was able to go outside for a while when we were not with her. Our mother was able to enjoy it for four weeks and also celebrate her birthday there. There was plenty of room.
